- Productivity Bruce Lee style…“It’s not the daily increase but daily decrease. Hack away at the unessential.” and “If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you’ll never get it done.” (via positivity blog)
- A food geek speakeths…Author of In Defense of Food Michael Pollan explained his "eater’s manifesto" at Google last month. Watch the video to hear Pollan discuss his seven-word philosophy ("Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.")—or download the hour-long clip to your iPod to watch later. (via lifehacker)
- Rim announces new crackberry…In short, the new BlackBerry has a much sharper screen, more RAM (1 GB), wifi, 3G, GPS and a camera. Even better, most reports say the keyboard is easier to work with than the one on the 8800 series. The new BlackBerry OS features better email (HTML!), better browser, better media handling and DocumentsToGo for editing Office files. It even syncs with iTunes (on a PC-only, I assume). RIM says it will be released “this summer” so that can mean anywhere from June to September. (via web worker daily)
- Can you really be productive if your goals suck? Motivation can often begin with picking good goals. If your goals are unrealistic, you are almost guaranteed to fail in some way. Despair feeds on itself and will sink your productivity and cause you to engage in anything but work. Not only will you avoid the drudgery of work, but you won’t take steps to improve yourself or change the situation. This cycle must be broken immediately. (via philosophical geek)
- Got a few free hours to spend on a little DIY project? The goal here is to teach you how to create an effective industrial-strength planner system that can last for years, yet costs next to nothing. This page might look a little complicated at first glance, but you’ll be surprised by how little work is generally involved, especially after a little practice. For example, I can now create a dozen double-sided punched forms in about three to four minutes, including printing, by using basic (i.e., "cheap"
equipment. No special skills are involved, just a little patience and an hour or two to follow the step-by-step instructions the first time through. (via diy planner)

For implementing GTD you might try out this web-based application:
Gtdagenda.com
You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.
As with the last update, now Gtdagenda has full Someday/Maybe functionality, you can easily move your tasks and projects between “Active”, “Someday/Maybe” and “Archive”. This will clear your mind, and will boost your productivity.
Hope you like it.
