Why Aren’t You Getting Anything Done?

What is the real cause of procrastination, besides a general lameness on our part?

Procrastination is defined as “to put off intentionally”. The things I was routinely skipping over were not things I was intentionally leaving behind, as in saying, “I’m not going to do that right now.” Instead, it was a subconscious feeling of “I can’t do that right now.” (via simple productivity blog)

I know why I really don’t do stuff sometimes…it’s because I just don’t to do whatever “it” is. Either because “it” bores me, or “its” to hard, or I’m just feeling lazy and want to lay on the couch and dream of better days.

So if I don’t change my mind about “it”, “it” will most likely not be getting done any time soon…
