If you write like I do (and I pray that you do not), you have a messy approach to drafting that is iterative, intuitive, and far from linear. You do a brain dump, then type a little, then research a little, then type a little more, then move a bunch of stuff around, then groan aloud, then 80% start over and so on until something is done. Yes, it would be more tidy if we all followed the mandate of our elementary school teachers and wrote perfect 5-paragraph essays straight from a completed outline. But, such is life. And Scrivener seems to get that.
This very simple extension allows you to enter multiple sets of text (such as e-mail signatures) and paste them into forms simply by right-clicking. For me this is ideal because I can have unlimited e-mail signatures and paste them into e-mails I’m sending from whichever account I’m using.

Peep Laja emailed me about his new service called Dreaminder. It’s a simple operation, but it’s a pretty cool concept. You basically write down your dream, add your email, and a date when you want to be reminded of your dream. You’ll get an email on the date that you want to be reminded.
One thing many web workers have in common is that we’re also chair workers. It’s not too likely that you’re out in the sun working up a sweat as you go about your daily job. More likely, you’ve gotten engrossed in some intricate online task, and by the time you look up and realize it’s past dinner time fourteen hours have gone by without you moving any muscles other than the ones in your fingers. While this may be great for your clients, it takes its toll in flabbiness, sore backs, and repetitive strain injuries.
