Coffee may be an addictive expensive drug but at least it’s good for ya…
Recent studies indicate that coffee may somewhat delay the onset of dementia. One study found that women over the age of 65 who had mild cognitive impairment (MCI), but who also drank at least 3 cups per day, were at reduced risk of progressing to Alzheimer’s disease. Their slowed mental deterioration may be attributed to the caffeine, which could protect neurons that are involved in forming memories.

Uuummm Bloglines beta is live and full of ajax wholesome yummy goodness…
Bloglines now has three viewing options – quick view (the new Ajax drag and drop view in the image to the left), three pane “Outlook-like” view and the classic full view with two panes. The site is also trying to manage unread feeds more intelligently, a common user complaint in the past.
